A Family Education Conference Sponsored by Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Epilepsy Foundation New England. Keynote address by Joshua Aronson, MD: “Overview and Update on Epilepsy Surgery.” Other features include a Cannabis Discussion Panel: Physician, Patient and Dispensary Perspectives; a discussion on the Spectrum of Epilepsy Care and Support: Caregiver Reflections; Navigating IEP and 504 Plans; An overview of resources and supports available from Dartmouth Hithcok Medical Center, the Managing Epilpesy Well Network, and Epilepsy Foundation New England; a Session on Mental Health in Adult Patients with Epilepsy as well as Mental Health in Pediatric Patients with Epilepsy; and more! Breakfast and lunch included! Fees waived as needed.

Thrive Program - Rock Climbing Group

  • Rock Spot Climbing

Rock climbing is a fun group activity that helps children increase muscle control, coordination and balance. Rock climbing can also increase self-confidence and enhance goal-setting as children can set goals for their climb each time they reach a new height. The next Rocking Group held, at a local gym and will be for all children including patients, their siblings and their friends.
