EFNE’s program, which is currently under development, is based on a person-centered model and will include innovations around discovery assessments, job and life coaching and wraparound circles of support that lead to fulfilling work that both challenges and inspires our clients.

Our goal is to guide our clients through the process of directed self-discovery, that will allow them to create a career journey that is aligned with the passions, skills and qualities that they, as unique individuals, bring to their communities at home and at work.

Too excited to wait for the full program to rollout?

There are many opportunities for involvement as we design, test and implement our employment services program, including:

•    Participating in an employment placement pilot program, as a client with epilepsy

•    Participating in a job coaching pilot program, as a volunteer coach-in-training

•    Supporting the research, design, and development of the employment services framework, as a research volunteer

•    Supporting persons with epilepsy as an employer, as a pilot employer partner

If any of these opportunities are of interest, please contact Franky Descoteaux at 617.506.6041 x 112 or at fdescoteaux@epilepsynewengland.org.

If you are qualified, and looking for immediate work, please considering applying to Epilepsy New England’s Donation Center.   They can be reached at (888) 322-8209
